I was hopeless after spending thousands on laser for stubborn facial hair! I thought I’d try out electrolysis as my last attempt. I immediately felt transparency with Jenna; she was so honest about what to expect, and she even advocated for me to rule out any hormonal imbalances in case that was the culprit. I’ve stuck with electrolysis for ~6 months now, and I am very pleased with our progress this far. The hairs are thinner, lighter, and take longer to grow back. I have been seeing Jenna probably close to a year now, every 6 weeks. I have a lot of hair and have been going to electroylsis for close to 8 years. After leaving my electrolysis gal back west, I struggled for over a year to find someone as great. I finally found Jenna and have been so happy. She is a delight to work with and visit with. She is compassionate and understanding that all of our bodies react and heal differently. With that, she adjusts her approach each session so that it is best for me, even if that means it takes a little longer. I had laser hair removal and it has been great, but there are small areas of grow back and she has been a gem tackling those areas. She does my facial area every time and then whatever randomness I bring her. Above all else, she is clean and sanitary and everything is spotless.
